Equity Environmental Engineering is a New Jersey Certified Small Business Enterprise comprised of a staff of technical and degreed professionals who have expertise in our core business areas. Our staff of Engineers, Scientists, and Planners provide a wide array of experience to clients. Leading our staff are our Managing Directors: Jim Heineman, Peter Jaran, and Robert Jackson.
 
Equity's staff has many years of combined environmental engineering and planning experience and has worked throughout most of the northeastern United States and Canada. We offer innovative and economical services and maintain state-of-the-art technology to meet client needs on projects of all sizes. We offer professional engineering services in Alabama, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We are a New Jersey based firm and as such, our staff holds certifications as a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Clean Up Star, underground storage tank (UST) subsurface evaluators, and for the remediation of Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (URHOT). We are registered with numerous agencies in New Jersey, New York State and New York City in order to provide our services to clients in New York and New Jersey.
