Equity provides expert knowledge on the process for completing permit applications for many areas of local, state and federal environmental work.  Some of most recent projects include permitting for construction activities in wetland areas, solid waste, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Part B, Treatment Works Approval applications, wetlands, Flood Hazard Area, and road openings.  The permitting process also includes the development of Soil Erosion and Sediment Control plans and Residuals Management Plans.
