Litigation Support

Equity assists in providing documentation and expert witness testimony in lititgations pertaining to environmental issues. Support includes but is not limited to, document reviews, identifying documents that supported the client’s case, cataloging documents, summarizing the details of the documents, providing direction to the client with respect to technical issues, contamination screening, preparation of Environmental Screening Reports, acquisition of permits, preparation of submitals, oversight and preparation of reports.
