We Are
Equity Environmental Engineering is comprised of a staff of technical professional who have expertise in our core business areas. Our staff of Engineers, Scientists, and Planners provide a wide array of experience to clients. Leading our staff are our Managing Directors: Jim Heineman, Peter Jaran, and Mark London. Mr. London is a Senior Environmental Impact Analyst with over 33 years of professional experience. Mr. London posesses a combination of well-developed administrative and technical skills enabling the cost effective and timely resolution of complex environmental assessment, planning, and management issues. Mr. London is able to manage a diverse array of planning, engineering, environmental, programming, computer systems, and financial resources obtaining goal oriented high quality results.
Peter Jaran, P.E., Managing Partner
Mr. Jaran is a senior environmental engineer and project
manager with 25 years of professional experience that includes site characterization and remediation, RCRA closure action,
remedial design experience with soil, sediment and groundwater remediation and UST removal. For
22 years, Mr. Jaran has been a project manager on various types of engineering projects. He
is fully familiar with Federal and State Environment Regulations and Guidance in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,
Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

James Heineman, Managing Director
Mr. Heineman is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of professional experience that includes project management, environmental analyses, and traffic and noise studies. He has worked primarily in New York City.
