Equity has conducted numerous site/remedial investigations in multiple states in accordance with each states regulatory requirement.  These investigations have been under state lead or Licensed Site Professional (LSP) or Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) lead circumstances.  They have also been under memoranda of agreement (MOA), consent orders, and unilateral orders from various states and/or the US EPA.
