Due Diligence

Equity performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II Site Investigations (SI) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA) in accordance with ASTM and EPA rules and regulations to determine the potential liability associated with a property under consideration for purchase.  Phase I ESA look for recognized environmental concerns (REC), Phase II SIs determine if the RECs are truly a concern that will require remediation, and PCAs are used to determine the physical condition of a building and its components with respect to its market value.
