Equity has worked with Child Care facilities to conduct NJDEP required Preliminary Assessments in order to obtain No Further Action letters. A No Further Action letter is necessary for facilities to obtain their operating license from the NJ Department of Children and Families.  We have also assisted our clients in obtaining state grant funding for these Preliminary Assessments.
