Project Management
Equity provides project management services for projects from inception to completion or at any phase
of the project along the way. Management activities range
from specific, client directed tasks to managing the entire project including schedule, budget, staffing, subcontracting,
interacting with various stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, neighborhood organizations, etc., mid-course correction,
reporting, and project close-out.
