are pleased to announce that James Heineman, formerly of Lemonides Heineman Associates, has joined our team as a Senior Project
Manager. He comes to us with extensive experience in Environmental Review, Traffic / Transportation
Planning, Air Quality, and Noise Assessments. As a former Deputy Director of the New York City Department
of City Planning’s Environmental Assessment and Review Division, he also has extensive knowledge regarding both the
New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) and New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) processes.
He holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University, which serves him well in understanding the complexities
of the New York City Zoning Resolution. Jim is a welcome addition to our staff.
