Our team possesses expert knowledge of state and federal environmental laws and regulations and incorporates these requirements into all our projects.

Our clients include Bright Horizons, Neighborhood Charter School, International Charter School, Yeshiva Har Toah, Holy Cross School, and South Bronx Classical Charter IV.

Our multidisciplinary team works with our school clients to: assess environmental constraints prior to a property purchase, guide them through the regulatory maze; handle environmental review process such as  New York City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR); assist with site design, land use and zoning; present before community boards; work with NYCDOT Division of School Safety, and obtain permits and approvals on the local, state, and federal level. Our working knowledge and years of experience with regulatory agencies allows us to streamline the process, minimize costs and expedite approvals.
