Kevin Williams, AICP, PP

Kevin Williams is the Managing Director in Charge of Planning for Equity Environmental. Over a 20-year career he has provided urban and regional, transportation & transit, environmental and regulatory planning and project management for public and private clients on a variety of project types from large scale private developments to area rezoning’s to rail and bridge infrastructure mega projects to regional and comprehensive plans. His expertise in planning extends to urban design for downtowns and public spaces, economic and project feasibility, and land-use, transportation and development master planning for places, communities, and regions.

Mr. Williams has worked in every aspect of municipal and private real estate development – providing plans for alternative feasibility and preliminary design – from cost benefit and sustainability to design alternatives to sequencing implementation and regulatory strategy to project finance and sources of funds. Finally, Kevin has led and provided leadership and strategy development for a variety of community outreach, intergovernmental coordination and stake-holder and conflict resolution processes in order to build consensus and generate achievable objectives and team purposes across seemingly competitive boundaries.

Mr. Williams is the Director of Urban and Environmental Planning at Equity. He manages a team in the preparation of land use and development plans, transportation and site investigative studies and environmental assessments. Ap-pears before Community Boards, Planning and Zoning Boards, and Board of Standards and Appeals in support of development applications.
