Robert Jackson, PE

Mr. Robert Jackson is a Managing Director at Equity Environmental Engineering LLC and has over 33 years of environmental consulting and professional engineering experience is a variety of disciplines.  He is a licensed engineer in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is certified subsurface evaluator in New Jersey.  His core strength is in due diligence and remedial investigation and remedial action primarily in New Jersey and New York working with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and numerous agencies in New York including the New York City DEP, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation (OER). 

Mr. Jackson has prepared and certified Discharge/Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans, conducted ASTM compliant property condition assessments, soil erosion and sediment control plans, designed vapor mitigation systems, and for the Center for Disease Control a health risk assessment for a cancer cluster.  As a Managing Director, Mr. Jackson is responsible for business development, project management, and is the current office Health and Safety Officer.
